Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering call lights and ensuring privacy of nursing care.
• Assist in feeding residents, including cutting food and spoon-feeding.
• Help residents with daily grooming, showers or sponge baths.
• Lift and transfer residents between wheelchair, bed and chair.
• Support residents with mobility: sit, stand, and walk.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
• Protect resident data and confidentiality per HIPAA.
