Job summary

Countryside Post Acute is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care and daily living support to residents per care plans. You will document observations, assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and transfers, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

The role requires English proficiency and an active CNA license in Georgia. Training and adherence to facility procedures are part of the position, with a focus on resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Provide daily nursing care and support per care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Record observations on flow sheets and communicate changes to supervisors.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and transferring residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of resident rooms and equipment.
• Observe residents for changes and report to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Attend training and follow facility policies and procedures.
