Job summary

Sun City Post Acute is seeking a licensed CNA to provide routine daily nursing care under supervision, following each resident's care plan and assessment. You will help residents with daily tasks, identify individuals using wristbands, and ensure accurate documentation and patient safety.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with mobility and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
• Strong reading, writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret instructions from supervisors and documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plans.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes and charts accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility.
• Observe skin integrity and report concerns to prevent ulcers.
