Job summary

Qualifications
- Active CNA license required.
- Proficiency with Excel and Word.
- Experience with scheduling software (Hosted Time preferred).
- Solid understanding of AHCA regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and CNAs.
- Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates.
- Interpret HR policies for nursing staff; coordinate training schedules with the Director of Nursing.
- Adjust schedules as needed to cover call-outs, absences, and leaves.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and time off; recommend corrective actions when necessary.
