Job summary

Autumn Leaves Nursing & Rehab Center in Henderson, TX is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (CNA) to organize and prepare work schedules for associates ensuring adequate staff per shift.

The role requires previous staffing coordination experience, proficiency with Word/Excel and EHRs, and a Texas CNA license in good standing. On-call rotation involvement and a full-time schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Previous staffing coordinator experience is required.
• Experience in long term care environment is preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Electronic Health Record systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily and monthly staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for each shift.
• Maintain and update staff contact lists and attendance logs.
• Post required hours sheets on units and coordinate with HR for new hires, status changes, and terminations.
• Ensure floor orientation for new hires and adequate staffing to meet resident needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and cover open shifts as needed.
