Action Health Staffing & Home Care Services seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for home care in the Williamston area. Work schedule includes M-W-F 9:00–12:30 and Tu/Th 11:00–3:00, with focus on direct patient care in the client’s residence.

The role involves daily living assistance, hygiene care, transfers, light housekeeping, and adherence to care plans while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Possess effective communication skills to include ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks necessary to treat clients who may include lifting, bending and standing.
• Must have sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed by supervising staff.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and diets.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to client needs.
• Light housekeeping and charting as required.
• Report changes in client condition and follow Plan of Care.
