Electric Mirror LLC is seeking a CNA House Manager to oversee daily operations of a single-resident home care location. You will deliver hands-on care, supervise caregivers, and manage household routines to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, compassionate, and able to lead by example while maintaining residents’ dignity and privacy. This full-time role runs Thursday through Saturday, 7:00 am–7:00 pm, with pay $25.00–$30.00 per

Qualifications

• CNA certification and WA certification/licensing required or in progress.
• Experience providing direct resident or patient care.
• Previous supervisory/lead caregiver or residential care experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required per regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; respect for resident privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the residential home and coordinate daily tasks.
• Lead and support caregivers; ensure policy adherence and high-quality care.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, families, healthcare providers, and management.
