Job summary

Electric Mirror LLC is seeking a compassionate CNA House Manager to oversee a one-person home care location and supervise caregivers. The role blends personal care with household leadership to ensure safe, respectful, and resident-centered living.

You will coordinate daily routines, document care, and maintain compliance with safety and infection-control policies while leading by example and supporting resident quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current CNA certification for WA.
• Experience providing direct resident care.
• Supervisory or lead caregiver experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Reliable, compassionate, professional.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and care needs.
• Must pass background checks and other employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Assist residents with medications per plan and policies.
• Monitor changes in condition and report to supervisor.
• Follow care plans to meet residents' needs.
• Promote dignity, privacy, and quality of life.
• Arrange appointments, transportation, and community outings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the residential home.
• Keep living environment clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Coordinate routines: meals, laundry, shopping, cleaning.
• Monitor supplies and communicate replenishment needs.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate caregiver coverage.
• Orient and train new caregivers on routines and expectations.
• Provide daily direction to caregivers.
• Lead by example with compassionate, professional care.
• Monitor staff performance and address concerns.
• Promote teamwork, punctuality, and clear communication.
• Ensure adherence to policies and care plans.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, families, and providers.
• Document incidents, changes, and medication concerns.
• Participate in care meetings and provide progress updates.
• Report emergencies or significant changes immediately.
