Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care in the Wilson area. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, transfers, and documentation, ensuring safety and comfort for clients in their homes.

Shifts include Monday–Wednesday 12:00–5:00 PM and Friday 1:00–4:00 PM, with competitive pay. You will work as part of a caregiving team, adhering to plans of care and maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant credential required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good communication and physical ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Support personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Follow Plan of Care and EVV documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and report changes.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
