Job summary

Action Health Staffing is seeking a CNA to work in the Wilson area providing in-home care to clients. The schedule includes Monday–Wednesday 12 noon–5 PM and Friday 1 PM–4 PM, with emphasis on compassionate, client-centered support.

The role involves direct patient care, personal hygiene assistance, transfers and ambulation, and adherence to the Plan of Care. You will document care activities and communicate changes to the team while upholding patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Provide personal hygiene care (bath, shave, hair, mouth care).
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care and prescribed exercises as instructed.
• Prepare meals with dietary considerations as directed.
• Provide companionship and activities tailored to each client.
• Light housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Maintain complete and accurate records as required by agency.
• Record and report changes in client’s condition.
