Action Health Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide home care in the Wilson area. The schedule includes Monday through Wednesday from 12 noon to 5 PM and Friday from 1 PM to 4 PM, with excellent pay and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Must maintain certification with DFS.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning and ambulation.
• Provide basic nursing care as instructed by supervising clinicians.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and dietary needs.
• Offer companionship and engage in client activities.
• Light housekeeping and documentation per agency policy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and report changes in condition.
