Action Health Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide home care services in the Wilson area. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patients, and support families in implementing the plan of care.

Flexible scheduling includes daytime shifts and occasional travel to clients' homes. Ideal candidates have DFS certification, strong communication, and the ability to lift and assist with transfers.

Qualifications

• Maintain DFS certification required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective communication with clients and families.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transfers.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care in the patient's home as assigned.
• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Provide basic nursing care and follow care plans under supervision.
• Prepare meals considering client preferences and diets.
• Offer companionship and engage in activities tailored to the client.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and record keeping per agency policy.
• Document changes and report to supervisors; adhere to EVV time sheets when required.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow the Plan of Care.
