Action Health Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide home care in the Wilson area. Shifts include Monday through Wednesday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM and Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Excellent pay is offered.

You will perform direct patient care, personal hygiene support, transfers, and routine tasks under supervision, ensuring patient comfort and safety in the client's residence.

Qualifications

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow directions.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care as assigned.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Provide personal hygiene care and daily living activities.
• Prepare meals per client preferences and special diets.
• Maintain records and report changes in client condition.
• Demonstrate dependability and adapt to client and family values.
