Action Health Staffing in Wilson, NC is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide in-home care to clients in their residence. The position offers part-time hours with predictable shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, focusing on personal care and daily living activities.

Competenze

• Maintain certification with DFS.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Effective reading, writing and follow directions required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care of the sick.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care as assigned in the client’s residence.
• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living tasks.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation as needed.
• Provide basic nursing care under supervision and prescribed exercises.
• Prepare meals with consideration of client preferences and diet restrictions.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities.
• Light housekeeping as assigned and report changes in client condition.
• Maintain records and documentation as required by the agency.
