Job summary

Cross Country Community Care, a national leader in non-medical, in-home senior care, seeks caring CNAs fluent in Spanish, English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to provide personal attendant duties in participant homes across Berkeley, Richmond, Alameda, Oakland, Piedmont and nearby areas.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, safety monitoring, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation support. Flexible 1-3 hour shifts, weekend availability, and reliable transportation required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience with an active CNA license.
• MUST speak Spanish/English/Mandarin/Cantonese.
• MUST be willing to assist with 1-3 hour shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, safety monitoring, and support during daily activities.
• Assist with feeding, meal setup and eating.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines.
• Provide bathing assistance (shower, sponge bath, partial).
• Support toileting, incontinence care, and perineal care.
• Provide safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair, toilet, etc.).
• Supervise mobility to reduce fall risk.
• Observe and report changes in condition, incidents, or injuries.
• Respond appropriately and promptly during emergencies.

What You’ll Do: Primary Responsibilities - Personal Attendant Duties

Requirements
