Job summary

Cross Country Community Care is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical, in-home care across Dublin, Livermore, Danville, Pleasanton, and nearby areas.

Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of caregiving experience and be bilingual in Spanish/English/Mandarin/Cantonese. Flexible 1–3 hour shifts, reliable transportation, and a criminal background check are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish/English/Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Willing to assist with 1–3 hour shifts.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid DL and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, safety monitoring, and support during daily activities.
• Assist with feeding, meal setup and assistance while eating.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines.
• Provide bathing assistance (shower, sponge bath, partial).
• Support toileting, incontinence care, and perineal care.
• Provide safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair, toilet, etc.).
• Supervise mobility to reduce fall risk.
• Observe and report changes in condition, incidents, or injuries.
• Respond appropriately and promptly during emergencies.

What You’ll Do: Primary Responsibilities - Personal Attendant Duties

Additional Household Help

These are limited household tasks and only performed if personal care duties are completed.

Requirements:

• Minimum1 year of caregiving experience
