Job summary

Cross Country Community Care in California is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for in-home care across Richmond and nearby areas. The role offers flexible 1-2 hour shifts, mornings to evenings, with bilingual language requirements and $23/hour plus weekly pay.

Responsibilities include personal care, feeding, bathing, transfers, light housekeeping, and observation in participant homes. Active CNA license and 1 year caregiving experience required; weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience with an active CNA license.
• Must speak Spanish/English/Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Willing to assist with 1-3 hour shifts; weekend availability.
• Reliable transportation, valid DL and insurance.
• Pass criminal background check; pass drug test; pass physical and TB test.
• Smartphone and email access.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, safety monitoring, and support during daily activities.
• Assist with feeding, including meal setup and support while eating.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines.
• Provide bathing assistance (shower, sponge bath, partial).
• Support toileting, incontinence care, and perineal care.
• Provide safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair, toilet).
• Supervise mobility to reduce fall risk.
• Observe and report changes in condition, incidents, or injuries.
• Respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Light housekeeping and simple chores (beds, cooking, laundry) as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum1 year of caregiving experience with an active CNA license
