Job summary

Cross Country Community Care in Lane County is seeking Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide compassionate in-home care to participants in Springfield, Eugene, Dorena and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, assisting with feeding, dressing, bathing and transfers, plus light household tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year caregiving experience is required.

• Willing to work 1–3 hour shifts.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Pass criminal background check and 4-panel drug test.
• Pass physical exam and TB test.
• Smartphone and email access required.

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant CNA
Pay: $23.75 /hour — Weekly Pay!
Hours: Flexible, 1-2 hour shift, mornings, afternoons and evenings available

Location: In home care (Lane County - Springfield, Eugene, Dorena & surrounding areas)

What Youll Do: Primary Responsibilities Personal Attendant Duties

• Provide supervision, safety monitoring, and support during daily activities
• Assist with feeding, including meal setup and support while eating
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines
• Provide bathing assistance (shower, sponge bath, partial)
• Support toileting, incontinence care, and perineal care
• Provide safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair, toilet, etc.)
• Supervise mobility to reduce fall risk
• Observe and report changes in condition, incidents, or injuries
• Respond appropriately and promptly during emergencies

Additional Household Help

These are limited household tasks and only performed if personal care duties are completed.

• Light Housekeeping/Tidying connected to participant needs (making beds)
• Cooking/Grocery Shopping
• Laundry

Requirements:
