Job summary

Cross Country Community Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for in-home care across Pittsburg, Bay Point, Antioch, Walnut Creek, Concord and nearby areas. Flexible 1–2 hour shifts available in mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Bilingual Spanish/English/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred.

Must have active CNA license and at least 1 year caregiving experience. Weekly pay and shift differentials are offered, with additional benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience with an active CNA license.
• Must speak Spanish/English/Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Willing to assist with 1–3 hour shifts and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, safety monitoring, and support during daily activities.
• Assist with feeding, including meal setup and eating support.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines.
• Provide bathing assistance (shower, sponge bath, partial).
• Support toileting, incontinence care, and perineal care.
• Provide safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair, toilet).
• Supervise mobility to reduce fall risk.
• Observe and report changes in condition, incidents, or injuries.
• Respond promptly during emergencies.
• Light housekeeping related to participant needs (making beds).
• Cooking/grocery shopping and laundry assistance.

What You’ll Do: Primary Responsibilities - Personal Attendant Duties

Requirements:

• Minimum1 year of caregiving experience with an active CNA license
