Job summary

Cross Country Community Care in California is seeking caring CNAs to provide in-home senior care across San Lorenzo, Castro Valley, Hayward, Ashland, San Leandro and nearby areas. Flexible, part-time shifts from 1–3 hours with mornings, afternoons or evenings are available.

You will supervise daily activities, assist with feeding, dressing, grooming, bathing, transfers, mobility and light household tasks. Must have an active CNA license and speak Spanish/English/Mandarin/Cantonese; weekend

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year caregiving experience with an active CNA license.
• MUST speak Spanish/English/Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Weekend availability.
• Reliable transportation/valid DL/insurance.
• Pass criminal background check.
• Pass 4 Panel Drug Test.
• Pass Physical exam & TB test.
• Smartphone & email.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, safety monitoring, and support during daily activities.
• Assist with feeding, including meal setup and support while eating.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines.
• Provide bathing assistance (shower, sponge bath, partial).
• Support toileting, incontinence care, and perineal care.
• Provide safe transfers (bed, chair, wheelchair, toilet, etc.).
• Supervise mobility to reduce fall risk.
• Observe and report changes in condition, incidents, or injuries.
• Respond appropriately and promptly during emergencies.
• Light Housekeeping/Tidying connected to participant needs.
• Cooking/Grocery Shopping.
• Laundry.

Requirements:
