Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Haverhill, MA is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. The role includes assisting with daily living activities, documenting care, and providing emotional support.

Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem opportunities are available with competitive hourly pay of $19–$20.25. Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license and prior experience in a care setting is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care and report changes to staff.
• Provide emotional support and meaningful activities.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
