Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) to provide attentive daily care to residents in a warm, home‑like community in Franklin, MA. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health, and report changes to the care team to ensure comfort and safety.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA license; prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting health or behavior changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Other duties as needed.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities
