Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality care in a home-like environment. You will assist residents with daily activities, document care, and report changes to the care team.

Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required, and dementia care is a plus. A supportive team and a variety of benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• CNA license required or equivalent.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required.
• Experience with dementia care desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).

• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.

• Carry out other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
