Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Haverhill, MA is seeking a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team. You will deliver direct care to residents in a warm, home-like setting, assisting with activities of daily living and reporting changes to the care team.

We offer Full Time, Part Time and Per Diem opportunities with hourly pay ranging from $19 to $20.25, plus benefits such as health coverage, paid training, 401(k) with company match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

Haverhill Crossings is looking for a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
