Benchmark Senior Living in Franklin, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide direct resident care in a warm, home-like setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and report changes to the care team.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA license; prior skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred but not required. Experience with dementia is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
