Aperion Care Chicago Heights is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential resident care, assist with daily living activities, monitor comfort, and report observations to nursing supervisors. You will maintain privacy, dignity, and HIPAA compliance while supporting a safe environment.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with meals and mobility, and supporting social engagement.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or certification in good standing.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions under your active license or certification as assigned.
• Know the residents you serve and provide care per care plans.
• Assist in activities of daily living, meals, and social engagement.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when a resident’s needs change.
• Care for residents with dementia as appropriate.
• Be willing to take on other duties within your knowledge and scope.
