Job summary

Aperion Care in Dolton, IL seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide essential resident care including hygiene, meals, mobility, and comfort. You will follow care plans, monitor vitals, document care, and report observations to nursing staff, while preserving privacy and dignity under HIPAA.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant license or certification in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to take additional training as states may require.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care based on each resident's care plan.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs and report observations to nursing supervisors.
• Maintain privacy and dignity in HIPAA-compliant care.
• Communicate with clinical leadership when needs change.
• Assist residents with dementia-specific care.
