Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Illinois to provide compassionate daily care to residents, assist with hygiene, meals, mobility and comfort, and document observations for nursing staff.

The ideal candidate holds an active CNA license, CPR/First Aid certified, and committed to HIPAA privacy and high-quality patient care while maintaining professionalism and teamwork in a busy skilled-nursing environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license or certification in good standing.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Willingness to complete on-the-job training and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, meals, hygiene, mobility and comfort.
• Monitor vital signs and document care activities.
• Report observations to nursing supervisors and communicate with the clinical team.
• Provide care with privacy and dignity, upholding HIPAA and safety standards.
• Support residents with dementia appropriately.
