Westminster Oaks in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents under supervision. You will assist with ADLs, maintain hygiene, monitor meals, take vitals, and document accurately in the CNA ECS flow-sheet, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.

The position requires Florida CNA certification, at least one year in long-term care or care for developmentally disabled adults, and CPR certification.

Competenze

• Must be a Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• One year of long-term care experience or working with handicapped or developmentally disabled adults.
• CPR certification is required.

Mansioni

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transferring, ambulation, toileting).
• Maintain hygiene and order in resident rooms; ensure beds are made and trash removed.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed; ensure meals are served on time.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Practice infection prevention and control per regulations.
• Document promptly and accurately in the CNA ECS flow-sheet.
• Conduct routine rounds to ensure safety equipment is in place.
• Provide timely incontinent care and reposition residents to prevent skin breakdown.
