Job summary

Westminster Services in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a part-time 3-11PM shift. You will provide routine daily nursing care, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and document care in the ECS flow-sheet. The role rotates weekends and holidays, with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications include Florida CNA licensure and CPR certification, plus at least one year in long-term care. EOE, DFWP; background checks required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with Florida law.
• One year of long term care experience or with handicapped/developmentally disabled adults.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, transferring).
• Keep rooms clean and hygienic; ensure beds are made and trash removed.
• Serve meals on time and assist with feeding when needed.
• Take vital signs; report changes to nurse promptly.
• Follow infection prevention and control measures per regulations.
• Document in CNA ECS flow-sheet promptly and accurately.
• Perform rounds to ensure safety equipment is in place and functional.
• Provide timely incontinent care and reposition residents to prevent skin breakdown.
