Westminster Oaks in Tallahassee is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care procedures and as directed by supervision. ESSENTIAL DUTIES include assisting with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, maintaining hygiene, documenting care, and reporting changes to the nurse while upholding infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with Florida laws.
• One year of long-term care experience or work with handicapped or developmentally disabled adults.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and transfers.
• Take and report vital signs and observe changes in condition to the nurse.
• Maintain room hygiene, make beds, and ensure supplies and meals are served on time.
• Practice infection prevention and document in CNA flowsheet promptly.
• Perform routine rounds to ensure safety and provide timely incontinent care and repositioning.
