Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in the United States is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver to support residents with daily living activities and meaningful engagement. You will assist with mobility, meals, and personal care while documenting care and reporting changes promptly to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State where the community is located.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide for a meaningful experience, encourage participation in activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and housekeeping duties as directed.
• Report incidents and changes to appropriate staff and document in logs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
