Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver in Memphis, TN to assist residents with activities of daily living and support their independence. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and adherence to policies, with opportunities for growth and flexible scheduling.

You will assist in mobility, dining, and activities, document events in clinical logs, and participate in training.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Must be a contributing member of nursing team and follow supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and document appropriately.
• Perform housekeeping duties in common and resident areas.
• Respond to resident calls for assistance and emergencies.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and dining/activities.
• Plan and participate in resident activity programs.
