Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide daily supportive care in a senior living environment. You will assist with activities of daily living, meals, and maintain resident dignity while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include documenting care, reporting changes to nurses, and participating in care/service plans to improve residents' lives. This role includes variable hours and on-site work with potential shift differentials.

Formación

• CNA certification required in MO and IL; PA enrollment eligibility within 120 days.
• Ability to communicate with residents and maintain dignity.
• Documentation of care in clinical records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supportive and functional care per care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and meals.
• Report observations to nursing staff and participate in care/service plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and document care provided.
