Lutheran Senior Services seeks a dedicated CNA to provide daily supportive care to residents in a compassionate setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary team and respond to call lights and requests while preserving residents’ dignity.

You will assist with ADLs, meals, and participate in care plans under licensed supervision. Strong communication and empathy are essential to support residents’ well-being.

Formación

• Must be able to communicate with residents.
• Prior experience with direct patient/resident care preferable.
• Desire to be part of a person-centered care team.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains residents’ comfort; provides physical care with ADLs.
• Handles residents’ personal care needs promptly and respectfully.
• Observes residents and reports changes to nurse.
• Participates in care/service plans to improve residents’ lives.
• Assists residents during meals and feeds those needing full assistance.
• Creates and maintains relationships with residents and families with compassion.
• Assists with activities and supports residents’ involvement in decision making.
• Assists with therapies and treatments under licensed staff.
• Documents care in clinical records.
• Keeps environment clean and safe.
