Lutheran Senior Services is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide daily supportive and functional care to residents in a compassionate environment under nursing leadership. You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team focused on resident-directed care.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, observation, documentation, and participation in care plans. The role requires strong communication with residents and families, and a commitment to dignity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintains residents’ comfort; provides ADL care and responds to call lights.
• Supports personal care needs and maintains resident dignity by promoting independence.
• Observes residents for changes and reports to nurse.
• Participates in care/service plans to improve residents’ lives.
• Assists with mealtimes and feeds those needing assistance.
• Builds meaningful relationships with residents and families; provides compassionate support.
• Encourages resident involvement in daily activity decisions; assists as needed.
• Assists with therapies and treatments under licensed staff guidance.
• Documents care provided in clinical records.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment.
