Qualifications

• Must have a CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties as assigned and in accordance with facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at the beginning of each shift and every two hours thereafter.
• Verify resident identification before care or serving food.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are filled and within the resident's reach.
• Handle other duties as directed by Charge Nurse or Administrator.
