Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries using only authorized abbreviations consistent with facility policy.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in flow sheets, notes and charts.
• Ensure resident care areas are prepared and resident comfort is achieved.
• Protect resident privacy and confidential information per policies.
