Sweetwater Care in Cottonwood, California is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine nursing care under supervision, ensuring the highest quality resident care in a welcoming environment.

You will perform rounds, verify IDs, assist with daily living activities and communicate with residents, families and staff. A valid CNA license and at least 6 months of CNA experience are required; strong English skills are essential.

Competenze

Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license.
Minimum 6 months experience as a CNA or clinical exposure during training.
Strong desire to serve ill, aged and infirm.
Proficient reading, writing and spoken English.
Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff and the public.
Willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel.
In good health and emotionally stable.
Able to relate to ill, disabled residents and adapt to varying maturity levels.

Mansioni

Perform duties per facility policies and procedures and safety rules.
Make resident rounds at shift start and every two hours thereafter.
Verify resident ID before care or meals to ensure correct care.
Report missing ID bands to the admission coordinator promptly.
Make beds and clean bedside/overbed tables.
Keep water pitchers clean, filled, and reachable for residents.
Other related duties as directed by the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nurses, or Administrator.
