PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per the resident care plan in a clinical setting in Alabama. You will identify residents, assist with daily living activities, document observations, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor while maintaining confidentiality and safety on the unit.

You will support a warm, patient-centered environment, verify accurate treatment administration, and participate in shift handoffs and nursing reports.

Formación

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality and report changes or incidents promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Inspect and monitor health status, report changes to supervisors.
• Check residents and respond to calls promptly throughout the shift.
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and environment.
• Follow policies for exposure control and safety, and document care provided.
