Job summary

PACS in the United States is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and assist residents according to care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and support the Nursing team during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.
• Must be a licensed CNA; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Report changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report data breaches or misuse.
