Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per care plans in a Nevada facility. You will identify residents before treatments, record entries, and maintain confidentiality while supporting daily living activities. CPR and collaboration with nursing staff are emphasized.

The role offers a pay range of $18.00–$22.00 per hour, with opportunities to contribute to a compassionate caregiving environment within the unit.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• CNA license is required; CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information; good written communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in a descriptive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information at all times.
• Assist with transfers, meals, and daily activities as directed.
• Report changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
