Qualifications

• Must possess a state-licensed CNA qualification.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general instructions and medical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan and assessment.
• Identify residents using wristband or photo before procedures.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and coordinating with the care team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and warm environment on the unit.
