Rocky Mountain Care-Logan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide resident care under the direction of the nursing leadership. The role supports daily living activities, mobility, meals, and documentation within a non-exempt hourly environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, current CPR/BLS, a valid Food Handler Permit, and CNA certification in good standing. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state (preferred, not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Current Food Handler Permit
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care (preferred, not required).

Responsabilités

• Provides CNA services to residents as directed by care plans and supervisor(s).
• Assists residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Helps with lifting, positioning, and transferring residents.
• Coordinates dining room services, meal delivery, and feeding assistance.
• Documents meal intake and weight changes as required.
• Keeps supervisors informed of changes affecting resident care.
