Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state in which the facility operates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Function independently with integrity when interacting with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment per facility policies.
• Perform ADLs within scope of practice and resident plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and food intake as assigned.
• Turn and position residents; support resident rights and choices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff; participate in special projects.
