Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will assist with ADLs, document vitals, and support a respectful, safe living environment in our skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living as per resident plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using proper devices and body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights, inputs/outputs, and meal intake.
• Turn and position residents; support resident rights and choices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist residents.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
