Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision in a supportive, patient‑centered environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and help maintain safety and quality of care in accordance with policies.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state in which the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Provide ADLs within the scope of practice as defined by state regulation and plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices and mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other information as assigned.
• Turn and position residents regularly.
• Support resident rights and choices within the care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist with needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Other special projects and duties as assigned.
