Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will support daily living activities, promote a compassionate environment, and help ensure residents’ comfort and safety in a busy nursing facility.

The role requires an active CNA certification, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs and shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold current active CNA certification in the state.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.
• Customer service oriented under pressure.
• Flexible, adaptable to change and able to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs within scope of practice per resident plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain room supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents with proper devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output and other data.
• Routinely turn and position residents.
• Respect resident rights and choices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
• Promptly answer call lights and assist residents.
