Qualifications

• Active CNA certification issued by the state of operation.

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope per plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain caregiver supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record vitals, weights, intake/output, and food intake.
• Turn and position residents regularly.
• Respect resident rights and choices within care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist residents.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Participate in special projects as assigned.
