Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision in a skilled nursing setting.

You will perform ADLs, assist with mobility, monitor resident condition, and support a compassionate care environment while adhering to facility policies. Training and growth opportunities are available within a values-driven culture that emphasizes learning and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under supervision of licensed staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs within scope of practice per resident plan of care.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record vital signs, weights and intake/output as assigned.
• Routinely turn and position residents as needed.
• Support resident rights and choices within care environment.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
• Answer call lights promptly and assist resident needs.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
